Brandstofinjector brandstofleiding Volvo 240 (B200E/B230E)
Brandstofgeur in de motorruimte en vochtige plekken rond de injectoren komen vaak van verouderde koperen ringen en droge Zegel Rijbewijsverlichting Volvo PV 444A in de leidingverbindingen op de injectie-uitgevoerde B200E- en B230E-motoren. Wanneer het continue inspuitsysteem onder constante druk staat, volstaat al een versleten holle Schroef of een schroefdraad die niet aandraait om brandstof te laten zweten.

De groep verzamelt de brandstofleidingen en koppelingsonderdelen die de brandstofverdeler met de injectoren op de Volvo 240 verbinden. In de selectie zitten brandstofleidingen en aansluitleidingen, holle Schroef en Tepels, moeren, slangklemmen en Zegel Rijbewijsverlichting Volvo PV 444A en koperen ringen. Bij montage zijn de zachte koperen ringen een typisch slijtagepunt – ze worden eenmaal samengeperst en moeten bij elke demontage worden vervangen zodat de verbinding op het juiste aanhaalmoment afdicht. Controleer ook of de Tepel-oppervlakken van de leidingen schoon en gaaf zijn voordat u aandraait, zo voorkomt u lekkage die de systeemdruk verlaagt.
De onderdelen zijn afgestemd op de 240 met de injectie-uitgevoerde viercilinder OHC-motoren B200E en B230E.
